Marketing & Sales Graduate Program

Kick‑start your career in one of the world’s leading tire manufacturer and industry specialist. Our Marketing & Sales Graduate Program is designed for growth-minded and dedicated graduates ready to drive digital transformation, shape customer experiences, and make a real impact from day one.

Over the course of 18 months, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills, develop yourself, and grow professionally. Based in a “home market”, you will rapidly expand your network within both the local and global organization. You will explore different departments, participate in local and central projects, and spend 6 months in a different country.

International assignment guaranteed

Spend six months abroad and gain deep insights into another market, culture, and team. This experience expands your global network and prepares you for future leadership roles.

2. Program Structure

Phase 1: Onboarding and Initial Training

  • Begin your onboarding experience in your home market, where you'll get accustomed to our local operations and start building your network.
  • Enjoy a 3-day event in our headquarters in Hanover, Germany, where you'll get to know different stakeholders, departments, management, processes and, most importantly, meet your fellow graduates.
  • Contribute to a project run by our central BA.
  • Dive into the daily operations at your home location and assume responsibility for your tasks. Enjoy learning on the job and structured training, engage in various projects to apply your learning in real-world scenarios.

This foundational period is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for the subsequent phases of the program.

Phase 2: Gain international experience

  • Gain international experience through an international assignment. Most likely you will spend time in our headquarters in Hanover. For our German graduates the journey usually takes them elsewhere.
  • Continue your learning journey in a new office and most likely also department. The choice of your “host department” is decided between your home market, your development needs and wishes and the available host markets. Wherever you go – learning and responsibility is guaranteed.
  • Expand your network on a professional and personal level by meeting your graduate peers. 

This experience will enhance your understanding of our global operations and allow you to contribute to key central functions.

Prepare within your home market for your role after the graduate program.

4. Your Profile
  • Education: University graduate (e.g. Master or Bachelor in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering).
  • Skills: General business and management talents, digital skills, growth mindset, analytical and structured thinking.
  • Experience: Previous practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or international employment especially in the marketing, sales or digitalization field.
  • Language: Fluent in English and in language of the hiring market.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to convey ideas clearly with a focus on achieving specific goals and outcomes, and maintaining a customer-oriented approach.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and passionate team player with experience in working within diverse and international teams.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility and willingness to work abroad during the Graduate Program.
  • Intercultural Experience: Intercultural experience, such as international internships or semesters spent studying abroad, highly desired.
